Tom brings more than two decades of experience in elite sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, having worked extensively across professional, representative, and schoolboy sport at the highest levels. He served as the Principal Physiotherapist for the Australia A Schoolboys and Under 18s Wallabies Rugby Union program for over 10 years, providing expert care and injury management to some of the country’s most promising young athletes.
Most notably, Tom has been, and continues to be - the leading Principal Physiotherapist for Trinity Grammar School for more than 20 years. In this role, he has played an integral part in the management, rehabilitation, and performance development of elite schoolboy athletes, helping guide countless young sportsmen through injury recovery and back to peak performance.
Widely respected for his expertise in complex injuries, second opinions, and adolescent athletic care, Tom is known for delivering comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and clear, outcomes-focused treatment plans. His philosophy centres on identifying the root cause of injury and empowering patients with the knowledge, confidence, and strategies required for long-term recovery and performance.
Tom is highly regarded for his exceptional hands-on treatment skills and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy. He does not rely on passive or gimmicky treatment methods, instead combining advanced manual therapy techniques with targeted rehabilitation programs to achieve fast, effective, and lasting results.
Throughout his career, Tom has developed strong professional relationships with many of Australia’s leading orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, specialists, and medical professionals. This extensive network enables him to coordinate the highest standard of multidisciplinary care for his patients when required.
Whether treating elite athletes or everyday individuals, Tom is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love as quickly and safely as possible. His combination of elite sporting experience, clinical expertise, and genuine commitment to patient outcomes has made him one of the most trusted physiotherapists in the field.

Alasdair is currently the physiotherapist for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Harold Matt’s Rugby League team. When he was younger, Alasdair participated heavily in Cricket, Athletics and Hockey, a sport which he continues to play now. He also played AFL for a few years but broken bones and a need for full use of both arms cut his career short. His own sporting background, coupled with his clinical experience provide him with an excellent understanding of the requirements of athletes and the desire to compete that drives them.
As with all our physiotherapists, Alasdair continually engages in ongoing professional development to further his skills and knowledge. He has a strong focus on hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation and is also certified in Dry Needling.
